at times, i feel pretty awkward lying.
lying to my colleagues how happy & contented am i,
about a failed relationship, which i'm on a false pretense.
its not about not letting go, nor not wanting to.
its because they'll probably ask, why?
a question i would rather avoid,
re-telling and not even knowing where to begin with.
there's no turning back, i've got to carry on this tale.


there was much work to be done today.
thumbdrive arrived, re-entered data,
which took me more than half a day.
cleared invoice receipts, debtors.
got to prepare petty cash claims summary tml.
and probably attendance records.
